These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age .We will treat each order as an offer to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Availability Of Goods
All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods are not available. We aim to display only those products we currently have in stock.
Product Information
All merchandise leaves us new, undamaged and free from defects. As far as possible , all product descriptions and pictorial representations on our website are accurate. Items are photographed and uploaded onto our website to give as true a representation of the colours as possible. Paua shell as a natural product comes in varying colours
Prices
All prices quoted are in G.B. Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice. The price you pay is guaranteed at the time of your order. All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price.
Delivery
If paying by Paypal or postal order your order will be dispatched within 1 to 5 days. If paying by cheque, your order will be dispatched when the payment clears (normally around 7 days) We will obtain a Royal Mail proof of postage certificate for all orders. In the event your order does not arrive, we will work with you to resolve the situation. However, please note that, according to Royal Mail policy, we are unable to investigate any claims of lost deliveries until 15 days after the date of dispatch.

Delivery Charges
There will be a flat rate charge of £1.50 for post and packaging in the U.K.

Returns
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects before it leaves us. Should any item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, we will replace it or issue a full refund including return postage costs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase , please contact us using the Contact Form on the main menu page, or email us at mail@shoannadesign.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
Items should be returned in the same condition as you received them and securely packaged. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post.
